Carne de Res AL VINO Blandita y Jugosa - Recetas MWC

En este video te comparto mi receta de churrasco al vino hecho en el sarten. Queda tan blandito y jugoso que es irresistible al paladar. También hice para acompañarlo una deliciosa ensalada sencilla y rápida

INGREDIENTES:
- 1 churrasco
- 1 cucharadita de sal con 1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
- 1/2 cucharadita de paprika con 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
- chimichurri (mezcla de aceite de oliva, perejil y ajo molidito)
- 1 taza de vino tinto

para la ensalada:
- 1/2 repollo
- zanahorias al gusto
- 1 cebolla
- 1/2 taza de mayonesa
- 2/3 de taza de crema de leche
- 1/4 de taza de cidra de manzana
- sal al gusto
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- 1/8 cucharadita de pimienta negra
- 1 cucharadita de perejil seco molido
