48 HOURS LATER - how to get to Skopelos Greece

It was always a 24 hour journey however.. add one more 24 with the departure delay. After landing in Athens, if I can get a cab to the bus station I can catch the next express bus to Volos (express is 4 hours instead of 5)… where I can rush to a hotel room to quickly refresh in order to board an 8am ferry to Skopelos. WHEW!!! There’s a reason why it is so difficult to get to the blue and green island… because it’s worth it!
