the very first thing you do is learn everything you can about that disease right But eventually the knowledge about that disease isn't going to help heal you Now that you understand it we can't stay stuck in the continual gaining of knowledge where we're now just kind of regurgitating everything we've learned all over again We go from A to Z in reference to that disease or that person If we get to Z we start at A all over again At some point we have to realize that that knowledge just like it won't heal the physical illness it's also not going to undo the trauma that was created because of that person or circumstance And so going back to what I said before about how trauma is more your beliefs that you are now carrying than what happened to you
