Riding a 1937 Brough Superior in the Dark - Can I see anything?

I was asked what the lights were like and I had never tried them. So on the way back from a long ride I stopped in an English country pub and then waited for the sun to set and then for it to get pitch black dark. It was a late summer evening and harvesting was ongoing and we even had a fine orange harvest moon in the sky for company and to add a tiny amount of illumination.

I was wearing my Rukka jacket and with the vents open it kept me cool for a whole days riding on a hot summers day. Then clsoe the vents and stay warm in the cold of the evening. Rukka Nivala 2 - The best all seasons jacket I have ever used and I have had it for over a year and thousands of miles.
