This piece is called Mariage d'Amour, composed by French pianist Paul de Senneville in 1979. The song was written in G Minor and uniquely changes time signatures several times, from 4/4 to 5/4 to 3/4 and back to 4/4. It is simple yet stirring, and in my opinion is one of the most beautiful piano pieces ever written.
