Wood turning - How to make Carbide Turning Tools CHEAP & FAST

You ONLY NEED 3 TOOLS and a $10 pry bar to make your own CARBIDE WOODTURNING TOOLS for the lathe. This is ABSOLUTELY the FASTEST, most SIMPLE way I have found to make your own carbide lathe chisels for wood turning or resin turning. All you need is an angle grinder with a couple wheels or hacksaw, a drill, and an 8-32 tpi tap, to thread the hole. In this video I show you how to make your own carbide turning tools from a $10 pry bar that anyone can buy from their local Wal-Mart. All you need to do is CUT, SHAPE, AND TAP the hole and in as little as 2 hours you can have a carbide wood turning tools / lathe chisel that is ready to be used on your next woodturning or resin turning project. Oh and in most cases you may need a way to heat the steel to anneal it into a workable condition during the drilling and shaping process.
