鮮淮山蓮子百合湯 | Chinese yam lotus and lily bulb soup

*wear a hand gloves* peel the chinese yam prevent hand itchy and cut into diamond shape or you like
Rinse the lotus seed n lily bulb.
Blanched the soup spareribs for 5 minutes , rinse and drain .
Boiling water add in all the ingredients for high heat 20minutes after 20 minutes lower down the heat to medium boil for 1 hour 40 minutes . Add salt to taste for better taste close the lid sit for at least 1hour before serve
