पटना, बिहार से आने वाले ओम प्रकाश गुप्ता जी एक IPS officer है। जिनकी कहानी की शुरुआत भी संसाधनों की कमी से हुई। IPS के लिए preparation करने से पहले उन्हें एक coaching institute में काम भी करना पड़ा ताकि वे इतनी savings कर सके कि Competitive Exams की तैयारी करना possible हो । पर आज IPS बनने तक का सफर जिस मेहनत और संयम से Om Prakash जी ने पूरा किया वो हम सब के लिए inspirational है।

IPS officer Om Prakash started his journey as someone who went to school a little late and had real potential, but the absence of resources never exposed him to something that could be his chance to achieve greatness. However, today Om Prakash will share some of the tips that helped him realize his potential and motivated him to do hard work with patience. He worked in a coaching institute to save enough for the preparation of Competitive Exams. When he started to prepare, even then he faced numerous challenges from society, from his lack of exposure to financial instability. Furthermore, he did not stop there but transformed his challenges into a source of motivation.
