Like the buildings we see all around us our lives are built on foundations. The quality of those foundations, their depth and their strength determine how strong and stable the structure built upon them will stand.

We all build our lives on foundations, whether its family, friends, popularity, money, power or something else, its something we all do, whether we're aware of it or not.

Jesus talked about the importance of building our lives upon the right foundations, setting ourselves up for a life than can whether the storms that come.
