The O5 council have gathered to discuss the mistakes made by General Kaige. Meanwhile, Cory meets SCP-134 the "Star-Eyed Child". A blind Asian girl who goes by the name of Stella and has two black pits with very faint light for eyes. Upon further study, light amplication revealed that the lights are actually stars and galaxies, as if SCP-134 is looking deep into space.
