CHICKEN MILANESA | AYAM TEPUNG ROTI | MASAKAN ARGENTINA

This chicken Milanesa recipe is inspired by my mother in law ‘Milanesa de pollo’. She is Argentinian, so u will taste authentic flavor from this recipe. I promise u they are so good, so give it a try!

Resep milanesa ayam ini terinspirasi dari resep ‘milanesa de pollo’ dari ibu mertuaku. Dia dari Argentina, jadi rasanya benar-benar autentik. Saya janji , ini enak sekali, coba ya!

INGREDIENTS :
500 g chicken breast
1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
4 tbsp milk
Salt
White pepper
3 minced garlics
1 cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil to fry

BAHAN-BAHAN :
500 g dada ayam
1 cup tepung terigu
2 telur
1/4 cup daun paterseli yang sudah dicincang halus
4 sdm susu
Garam
Merica putih
3 bawang Putin cincang
1 cup tepung roti
Minyak sayur untuk menggoreng
