BACT/ALERT VIRTUO: Resolving Anonymous Bottle Alerts

Overview:
This video explains how to resolve anonymous bottles on the BACT/ALERT® VIRTUO® system

Steps Included:
- Login into the software
- Add the Bottle ID in the Edit Bottle record screen
Additional steps include:
- Using a scannable or a generic barcode label if bottle barcode is not visible
- Enter the bottle type if visible
- Unloading and relabeling the bottle
