Ground Report - Census 2021 | जनगणना 2021(सैंपल सर्वे)
The pre-test recce of the first digital initiative under Census 2021 across India is on completion mode, preparing ground for detecting problems before the real beginning of the mammoth exercise in September 2020. For the first time in the 140-year history of the census in India, data is proposed to be collected through a mobile app and enumerators would be encouraged to use their own phone. The census 2021 will be the world's largest enumeration exercise. RSTV, went on ground to see how the final census will be counted in a digital mode .
