The Running Framework I Wish I Had Earlier

I’ve spent a lot of time trying to understand why certain parts of running feel energizing, while others feel almost impossible to approach.
Eventually, I realized they weren’t all the same emotion.
Some runs produced dread. Some produced anxiety. Some felt completely dialed.
That became the DAD Analysis — a simple framework for understanding your relationship with training.
In this video, I talk about:
* how to identify your strengths and weaknesses as a runner
* the difference between fear and unfamiliarity
* why comfort zones can become traps
* and how to use all of this to prioritize your training better
This ended up changing the way I think about workouts, racing, improvement, and even confidence itself.
