Komatsu Excavator vs Two V100 Wreckers

In this video, Mr. Wilbert and I were sent to recover a Komatsu Excavator that was stuck in a pond and would not run. We used both of our V100 wreckers and 2 excavators as anchors. We were unable to dig out and reach the hook points on the machine. We wrapped our1 1/4 wire rope around the turret and back to both wreckers. We used one three part line off each wrecker. This was a very slow and hard pull. Our plan was to pull the machine up enough to get our second line on it. Once we had the excavator up out the water, the mechanic was able to get the machine running. Big thanks to the crew that helped pull wire rope and braved the cool water for the hook up.
