The Old Piano, some Plum Cherry and Used Coffee #GGBO2023

This weeks project is my entry to the Great Guitar Build Off invitational section. Only a couple of rules for this, one being the guitar needs to be made from at least 50% recycled material.

Most of the guitar is made from reclaimed pieces of wood from an old piano I was given this year. Difficult to identify some woods but the main body of the guitar is made from Green Heart, the neck could be Maple but I'm not 100% on this. The only new wood was some African Rosewood I added to the neck, and the Cherry Plum pieces for the top of the body.

First time building a Guitar, so a steep learning curve, lots more I would have liked to have done but time was short trying to fit this in around other work.
