Town threatens bakery if they don't take down mural

For this Art Tip Tuesday, I wanted to share a legal case happening now that deals with murals and constitution first amendment rights that can affect your practice. In Conway New Hampshire, the city is threatening a bakery because of the mural a group of high school kids created for it. The city considers it a sign and not mural art. They are being fined $275 a day if they do not take it down so they sued the city.
