25 pieces goat intestine and huge potato mashed mixed special curry recipe for village people.

This intestine curry looks like gravy but taste so delicious.

This video has full process how to clean & cook goat intestine. Goat intestine is the very popular & tasty food for Bengali village people.

For this reason we occasionally cook intestine different recipe for village people.

This time village women cook new recipe of goat intestine. First women clean intestine in 3 step. First they clean intestine using normal water and then they clean using hot water and boiled the intestine using salt & turmeric. After that they clean the boiled intestine using pure drinking water and then cutting the intestine into very small small pieces.

Then added all kind of spice ingredient to cook intestine. We have added all the ingredient name with the video as English subtitle.

Then some others women boiled 20 KG of potato and make potato mashed.

And when intestine ready they added potato mashed in intestine curry.

After finish cooking women serve the intestine to whole village people with rice.
