Jordanian treasure: a mansaf recipe | JORDAN

The Bedouins were the first to introduce the dish called Mansaf. Throughout the years, it began to modernize with the introduction of rice and Jameed, a dry yogurt prepared from goat's milk.

It is usually sevred with flatbread, and was declared the national dish of Jordan after it gained independance.
