Healthy Quick Meal - High protein and fiber with low carbohydrates. Great PostWorkout Meal

Using the Hamilton Sandwich Grill, you can create different sandwiches. This meal created two sandwiches. 22.5 grams of protein each sandwhich, 10 grams of carbohydrates, and 6 grams of fiber each sandwhich. Great for a post workout meal. Using buffalo chicken, large eggs and large egg whites, fiber and protein 50kcal wrap, little mozzarella cheese, I created one of the better snacks for muscle building and/or keeping lean without High Carbohydrates
