First Outing Since Lockdown. Picnic In English Countryside!

These past couple of months have been quite challenging for all of us. In England, we recently had relaxation on the lockdown rules and we wanted to make the most of a warm sunny day. So we headed to a naturistic English countryside. Come along with us?

Picnic Basket:

1. Sandwich - Tomatoes, mozzarella, pesto, basil.
2. Watermelon & Feta salad - Watermelon, feta cheese, mint leaves.
3. Apple puff pastry - ready puff pastry dough(500 gms), 2 Apples, raisins, 2 tablespoons for sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, egg wash, a pinch of nutmeg and 18-20 mins at 170 degrees in the oven until you get that perfect golden colour.
