I just picked up another house to flip, and it's a wreck! After some careful consideration with my general contractor, we decided that it makes more sense to tear this house down and build a new spec in its place vs try to remodel what is there. In today's episode we talk about this latest purchase, how I bought this house at such a great discount, and my plans going forward.
