I left FLAXSEED GEL on my hair for 24 HOURS & THIS HAPPENED! *overnight gel treatment*

I’m gonna apply an entire jar of flaxseed gel on my hair, then gonna leave the gel for the entire day on my hair to see what flaxseeds can do to my hair in only 24 hours.

This is the best way to make the right flaxseed gel consistency for this overnight treatment so boil for 10 minutes 2.5 cups of water with 5 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds and wait for the flaxseeds to form a white foam on top of it. When that happens make sure to turn off the stove and let the mixture cool off for 30 minutes after time has passed, strain the gel from the seeds using a cheesecloth and then apply to the entire hair and scalp. Leave it overnight and rinse off next day with shampoo and conditioner.

In terms of results definitely flax seeds are amazing in making hair more shiny and soft and super dense as well so that was cool to see in such a short period of time.
