1/2 Cup / 5 oz (142g) Sour Cream

8 oz (227g) Grape Tomatoes
1/2 Bunch / 1 oz (28g) Italian Parsley
4 oz (113g) Olive
2 Cucumbers
1 Garlic Clove
1 Red Onion
Dried Oregano, Dried Basil
Salt, Black Pepper
Preparations:
1- Dice the red onion, feta cheese, olive, and the cucumber.
2- Mince the parsley.
