Mexican sandwich and some of the best tacos I've had on the east coast!

Tejas Grill located at 222 s white horse pike Stratford, New Jersey is an Authentic Mexican restaurant. Located in the cut and right near the Goodwill, this has to be some of the best tacos I've had on the east coast. We actually discovered this place by mistake while thrift shopping at the Goodwill one sunday afternoon. We ordered the al pastor, spicy chicken (tinga), cow tongue and chorizo tacos! My favorite was the al pastor tacos and the cow tongue tacos! Each tacos were packed with robust mexican flavors. Each Tortillas was freshly pressed and the quality is in every bite. The Mexican sandwich was really tasty too. It reminded me of a breakfast, lunch mexican sandwich all in one. The green enchiladas were very good but can be a little too spicy for some. I highly recommend getting a horchata drink to complete your meal for that full authentic mexican experience. For dessert we were blessed with the churros and the cheesecake chimichanga. The churros were really fresh and is a classic dessert in the mexican culture. However the cheesecake chimichanga was a the star of the desserts. Dough was flaky and warm and the cheesecake was an absolute treat. I'd highly recommend them especially on Tuesday since they serve Dollar tacos for the weekly holiday known as "Taco Tuesday"
