Colt Ford has now shared a brand-new update on his health condition following the very scary and unexpected heart attack he suffered last month after performing in Phoenix, Arizona. Colt Ford also shared that during this update it was the first time he has been outside of the hospital. Our hearts and prayers are going out to Colt Ford as he continues to make a recovery.
