This week the feel good family head to one of the Gold Coast’s true hidden treasures, South Stradbroke Island, for a few days of camping in this pristine and secluded natural environment of Stradbroke Island. We take the opportunity to really slow down and enjoy the simple things like getting up early to watch the sunrise, exploring the sand dunes on deserted beaches, and stand up paddle boarding in the calm Broadwater.

And, the boys hunt and gather some fresh seafood for us to cook up one of the Island’s favourite dishes, the famous South Straddie Pipi Pasta!

Plus Paul updates us on the final week 4 of his 30 Day Cleanse Challenge!
