Sweet Potato Brownies

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked sweet potatoes (do not include the skins!)
1/4 cup date paste
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup oat flour (rolled oats pulsed in a blender)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)

Optional - Handful of dark chocolate chips
*Other great add-ins can be walnuts, peppermint extract, dried fruit*

Directions:
+In a large mixing bowl, add in wet ingredients (sweet potatoes, date paste, applesauce, mix until well combined
+Add in oat flour, cocoa powder, and optional ingredients.
+Mix brownie batter well and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
+Pour brownie batter into a silicone dish or oven-safe dish lined with parchment paper.
+Bake for 25 minutes (If you double our recipe bake for 30-35 minutes)
+Let brownies cool completely before removing
