Periodontal Regenerative Emdogain Surgery with Papilla preservation - Flap design and suturing

Flap design and suturing for Periodontal Regeneration of a Furcation Grade 2 and an intrabony defect.
The flap is designed with simplified Papilla preservation (47-46), Modified Papilla Preservation (46-45 and 45-43) design.
After application of the Emdogain, the flap is closed with an interrupted (47-46) and an internal horizontal mattress suture (46-45 and 45-43) and completed with two interrupted prolene 5-0 sutures.
