McSCAM - Cancelled McDonald's Monopoly Game Movie

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon won the intense and record-setting bidding war to make a movie based on the Daily Beast article called “McScam: How an Ex-Cop Rigged McDonald’s Monopoly Game and Stole Millions”.
Affleck was set to direct and Damon to star. The film was bought by 20th Century Fox, but, following the film studio's acquisition by Disney, the once greenlit and seemingly great project has fell into a state of development hell.
