Hi all! I'm Trainer Stef! This very gentle feel-good workout is dedicated to all you lovely seniors who have contacted me requesting something similar to my first gentle stretch routine I posted back in Spring 2020. I was so surprised and pleased how well that first one was received! I hope you'll get just as much use out of this one, too.

This workout is designed to lower your stress levels, get you relaxed and calm and in a better headspace. Just like the first gentle stretch routine, this workout is all standing and requires no equipment-- although anyone with balance issues, please use a chair or a counter to hold on when you need to. The workout is gentle enough for beginners, seniors, and people who are flexibility-challenged. Hope you'll give it a try!
