Bite Your Bum - Peter Plus with Bazz and Pilko . Iconic Adelaide morning radio duo, Bazz and Pilko (Barry Ion and Tony Pilkington) created a parody of Joe Dolce's "Shaddap You Face" for a morning skit on 5AD in 1980, so popular it was released as a single. Banned from airplay due to its lyrics in Darwin I think - it shot into the top 40 in many Australian cities! Peter Plus (voiced by Barry Ion) was the character that interacted with Bazz and Pilko on air (he was meant to be a typical ocker Aussie kid). I found this 45 single - cleaned it up - and it played pretty nicely... it is in mono - as radio was mono in those days. Quite a funny little ditty!
