what I eat in a day *teenager that doesn't like to cook yet* here is my healthy & realistic "food diary" for this day! I feel like usually I eat a bit more, but I had so much editing & a long call that distracted me. Just remember that what you see someone on the internet eating, does not mean you need to eat that too! Our bodies are all so beautifully individual and may need different things on a given day. You are amazing the way you are, please treat your body with love and kindness. Feed it good foods and don't forget to treat yourself too!
