Video: FBI arrests former state District Judge Rudy Delgado

With assistance from the Texas Department of Public Safety, the FBI arrested state District Judge Rudy Delgado on Feb. 2, 2018.
A jury convicted Delgado on eight charges: one count of conspiracy to commit federal program bribery, three counts of federal program bribery, three counts of violating the federal Travel Act and one count of obstruction of justice.

U.S. District Judge Alfred H. Bennett sentenced Delgado to five years in federal prison.
The Department of Public Safety released the dashboard camera video from Delgado's arrest under the Texas Public Information Act.
