GET THE F**K UP - David Goggins Motivation - Motivational Video

In this video, David Goggins talks about how he got his "Never say die" mentality and why he still lives with that mentality to this day. David shares that he got inspiration from watching Rocky I, round 14. He specifically points out the scene where Apollo is celebrating because he thinks he has Rocky beat but in fact what he doesn't see. Is Rocky getting back up and still wanting to go even though his trainer was against it. David points out Apollo's reaction to seeing Rocky get back up. He says that that was the reaction that he aims for when tries to prove anybody that has doubted or criticized him.
He then goes on to say that say ultimately what he is doing is not for fame but to keep the person and the ideals that he has worked so hard for. And also to share his knowledge to people who are going through what he went through.
