On International Women’s Day, The New Covenant Association of Prince Reza Pahlavi hosted a meeting titled "The Role of Women in Global Politics." This video features Nicole Sadighi, a public speaker, foreign policy expert, human rights activist, writer, and award-winning filmmaker.
Nicole Sadighi is a researcher, writer, advocate, and public speaker specializing in foreign policy, international affairs, and counterterrorism. From 2005 to 2008, she served on the Los Angeles Iranian-American Sheriff’s Advisory Council and was a fellow researcher at the Center for the Promotion of Human Rights from 2007 to 2009.
She is the founder and President of Angels in Blue, a non-profit supporting law enforcement, and the award-winning production company Persepolis Pictures. Her work focuses on Islamic extremism, counterterrorism, human rights, and foreign policy.
Nicole has contributed articles and commentaries to National Review, American Thinker, FrontPage Magazine, and Shofar Magazine. She has appeared as a commentator on national and international television and radio and has spoken at various NGOs, collaborating with global experts on human rights and international relations.
Her investigative work on counterterrorism and Islamic extremism has placed her at significant personal risk. As a woman challenging radical ideologies, she faced heightened threats while residing in the UK, leading to intervention from Interpol and UK authorities at the highest levels. Her outspoken stance made her a direct target, underscoring the dangers faced by female journalists and activists confronting extremism. Despite these threats, she has remained resolute in her commitment to exposing terrorism, advocating for human rights, and defending freedom of speech and national security.
Her film ‘I Am Neda’ has earned 11 awards and 21 nominations at national and international film festivals, including the Cannes International Film Festival.

نیکول صدیقی به عنوان یک فعال حقوق بشر، پژوهشگر سابق مرکز ترویج حقوق بشر و دموکراسی برای ایران بوده و در کنفرانس‌های بین‌المللی از جمله Hands Off Cain در رم، همراه با سیاستمداران ایتالیایی مارکو پانلا و دانیله کاپتسونه سخنرانی کرده است.
