About the speaker: Greta Barzdelyte is a Project Manager and Scrum Master in DXC with a huge passion for Agile mindset and effects on team’s delivery. She has been working as a Scrum Master within IT infrastructure program for several years. Greta is active Agile community member, certified PSM I, CSPO, SAFe 4 Agilist and CAPM.
