DEMO of how I change colours and weave in ends as I go

This is a short video which shows how I weave in my ends as I change colours. I use this technique when I join the contrasting yarn for the toes of my self-striping socks. I am by no means a professional knitter, nor do I have all of the equipment to do I high quality tutorial video but I help this helps give you an idea of the technique.
