'High-risk' severe weather to affect 2.5 million in Midwest Wednesday | NewsNation Now

U.S. government forecasters are using a relatively rare “high-risk” designation — the most severe category — to warn that a major tornado outbreak appears likely Wednesday. The areas most at risk for catastrophic weather include parts of west Tennessee including Memphis; northeast Arkansas; the southeast corner of Missouri; and parts of western Kentucky and southern Illinois.
