mhmmm.. it's been a few weeks since i posted a hoop dance flow video. i haven't been feeling very well the last weeks and my mental health hasn't been the best... i just didn't feel like dancing with my hula hoop or anything else (except lying in my bed). but yesterday it came over me and i picked up my favourite hula hoop and did a few rounds... the first few moves and tricks i fucked up immediately but after a few minutes the feeling of joy and fun caught up with me and i just let go... i danced and felt, i really enjoyed it. it motivated me and gave me hope. hope that everything will be ok again someday; that everything has a meaning in life, even if i can't see it right now; that i can forgive my mistakes sometime... and that i can some day conquer my darkness. maybe not today or tomorrow, but i know that some day i will be able to do that... and then i will be proud of myself! but until then, i must first learn to conquer my inner pig dog, to leave my comfort zone, to accept my weaknesses and forgive my mistakes... and then i will be free. free and happy.
