AMAZING Day ★ At the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary

I spent an amazing half day at the "Elephant Jungle Sanctuary" close to Chiang Mai.
In this sanctuary they take good care of rescues elephants (those who are abused for tourist riding). So they receive visitors everyday, and the benefits can help them pursue their mission.
At that time, there were a dozens of elephant camps, for at least a hundred elephants.
We were invited to feed them with bananas and sugarcane, but they also have to eat a lot of grass (corn leaves).
Then came the mud bath which everyone is waiting for :) finishing with some nice vegetarian lunch, that was some amazing experience for sure..
