Leaning on your peers to grow your skillset

Wherever you are in your career and whomever you work with, chances are there are great things to learn. This is a short explainer on how I think about using your peer relationships to quickly level up your skills.

I want to thank one of my viewers for suggesting this topic :) And sorry for the jumpy edit. I think a lot of you treat this more as background listening than active viewing, so in my edits I prioritize brevity over visual continuity.
