A Review of the Canon 400mm f5.6 L Series Lens

The Canon 400mm f5.6 L Series Lens is a fantastic lens for wildlife photographers who like to shoot at this focal length, however the f/5.6 aperture is dark so you will need to be shooting in plenty of light.

Despite it's dark f/5.6 aperture this lens has plenty of plus points: it's not very heavy, it's sharp, distortion levels are negligible, the focusing is fast and accurate, and most importantly of all, this lens is affordable!

This review was completed using a Canon 6D and a Canon 70D and includes sample images and video footage captures with the lens.
