#Shorts Multnomah Falls - Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area

Multnomah Falls is a beautiful waterfall located in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area in Oregon, USA. It is the tallest waterfall in the state, with a total height of 620 feet (189 meters) and two tiers: an upper falls with a height of 542 feet (165 meters) and a lower falls with a height of 69 feet (21 meters). The waterfall is fed by underground springs and snowmelt from Larch Mountain, and it can be viewed from a number of viewpoints along the historic Columbia River Highway. Visitors can also hike to the base of the falls and even to the top via a steep trail. The area surrounding the falls is a popular spot for hiking and picnicking, and it is also home to a historic lodge and visitor center. The view of the falls and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking and definitely worth a visit.
