Rick Edgil—"This is a late 40's training film from the San Diego Police Department. Produced for in-house training, it captures a bygone era in San Diego history. All actors are SDPD officers. The robbery occurs at a liquor store on the southeast corner of 32nd and Thorn Street. The roadblock was on Pacific Highway near La Jolla. The pursuit goes s/b down Pacific Hwy, east on Washington St, and ends somewhere in Mission Hills. The booking process is at (the only) police station at 801 West Market Street."
