Three failed asylum seekers, Karin Al-Danasurt, Ibrahim Alshafe, and Abdulla Ahmadi, were found guilty of gang-raping a woman on Brighton Beach. Al-Danasurt had fled a murder conviction in Egypt.

The men filmed the attack, celebrated it, and stayed in taxpayer-funded asylum housing. Authorities plan deportation, but legal challenges may delay removal.
