Cessna Tip Tank Install Series – T206H Turbo 206 – Day 1

Tigre dives into a multi-day journey of installing Flint Aero extended range fuel tanks on the wingtips of his family's Cessna Turbo 206.

Day 1 consists of preparing the inspection ports, removing the existing wingtips, drilling out the end ribs, and drilling spar stiffeners to support the added fuel weight in the fiberglas tip tanks.
