MG B GT Duratec R500 Engine

This is a basic video showing the build of my R500 spec Duratec which is to go in my duratec powered MGB GT. The engine was fully balanced, tolerance checked, with new ACL bearings, and everything else that a build like this needs. Its my first home built engine, and my camera work is terrible (as is my editing skills). It is of course greatly shortened and simplified. I may do a full talk on the engine later as I have modified it slightly since. I started this 5 years ago and only just got round to finishing it due to the MGB going under full body resto (now in paint shop).
