On research cruise off the coast of southern Africa

This documentary covers an expedition with RV METEOR off the south and east coast of Africa in February 2016. The primary objective of this research and training cruise was the recovery sedimentary deposites on the seafloor to reconstruct regional climate changes during the past 25,000 years.

Expedition M123 was part of the BMBF funded project RAiN.
