Protein muffin recipe

3 ripe bananas
1 cup blueberries
1 cup GF rolled oats
A serving of coconut or almond flour
(28 grams)
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder ( sometimes I double for more protein!)

This time I added strawberries on top because I didn't have blueberries. You can also add chocolate chips or ANYTHING you want!

Bake at 350 for 10-15 min
